Unfortunately I ordered the net only when I needed the whole kitten caboodle. When I contacted the customer service, they were prompt to return my message on a Sunday and did everything they can to get me the right stuff. I still had to pay shipping to return the net, which wasn't ideal, but I take ownership for messing up the order. Otherwise, they completed my new order to apply my discount and were prompt and very accommodating. Again - by far the best customer service I have ever had!!!
