Great quality mat, large enough for a grown adult even. And videos are self-paced whichisgreat for our 6 years old.

I got this for my nephew I hope it improves his IQ on the field and improve this footwork make him 2-footed and able to take the ball to the goal and have it out with the goalie

This Sensemat 360 Soccer Training Mat is such a fun and innovative way to make footwork and coordination drills way more entertaining, especially for younger players up through teens. Honestly, even as an adult, I had some fun using it and taking turns competing with it.As a background, I'm a fairly active person with various sports, but soccer is not one I play too often. My nephew, who's fourteen and just starting soccer at a decent competitive high school, so I got this so we could do some training together. And so far after a couple weeks, it's been perfect for that and served it's purpose! The mat itself feels really high quality and is large enough for us, both at around 5'8". The fabric is soft but still grippy, and even though the included grippy socks were way too small for us, we found we didn't even need them as long as we were controlled with our movements and didn't feel like we were going to slip. After the weeks of use, it's still holding up perfectly and hopefully stays that way. The colors and patterns on the mat are super helpful for calling out random numbers, letters, or drills for each other, making it really easy to follow along. When we're done, we roll it up and store it back in the original box, but that's breaking apart. As feedback, it would be a nice addition to have a sleeve bag to put it in.The Senseball app, which you activate / unlock with a one time code included in the box, is well made and was easy to get started with. The video quality is great, showing real people demoing each drill from multiple angles along with some high energy generic electronic rock music!! The videos have timers included, which is handy and makes it simple to just focus and follow along. My minor gripes with the app are that you have to manually queue up each video, and I haven't found a way to create a playlist for back to back drills yet. It would be awesome if I could just set it for a 20 minute session playlist and have it queue up videos automatically. Also, the app shows videos for their product, a ball with a string, which we don't have, so you have to sift through those. It would be nice to have a filter to only show Senseball mat videos. Despite those issues, the app is very responsive and does its job well.[Side note: I also noticed that some of the coloring might be an accessibility issue for people who are colorblind, so hopefully, the developers can consider that. See login page screenshot. Neon text on a neon gradient background]For the price, around $80 at the time of this writing, we've already spent so many hours on it that I think it's worth it. I've gotten to improve my own footwork and coordination which will translate to life and other sports and it's been great quality time with my nephew. I don't think this alone will turn someone into a pro, but as a fun way to get moving and try new tactics, get kids off their devices, do some fun movement, developing coordination is invaluable. The more advanced drills, like doing 360 spins while controlling the ball, really help with cognitive and physical coordination. It's a fantastic tool as long as the player is willing to put in the time and I can see how some younger players might need more guidance and motivation, but for those who are proactive, this is a neat product that makes coordination drills fun!

Soccer is a big activity in our house, so I thought this would be a good tool to help with footwork training. The concept is straightforward: you get a mat with positioning guidance, and there’s a companion app with video instructions.Inside the box, you’ll find the mat, a pair of grip socks, and a code to activate the app. Getting the app set up was more complicated than expected. The code worked, but the process of creating an account and verifying it was clunky, and the overall navigation within the app wasn’t very intuitive. For example, it wasn’t obvious at first how to access the training videos specific to the mat.Once everything was running, we were able to go through a set of drills. The videos themselves are clear, and the guided exercises are helpful. That said, the overall experience felt a little uneven, and the design of the app could definitely be smoother to keep users more engaged. In the end, it’s a good idea for soccer players who want some structured training at home, but the setup and user experience could use refinement.

The material of this soccer mat is solid, well made, thick, but still soft to the touch, so comfortable to stand and play on. The markings are clear and don't look like they will wear off easily. The included socks are a nice touch. The main thing about this item is of course the drills you can do on the mat. For this, there is an app "Senseball" that you can download for free and then activate with a code included in the box. There were some technical problems with getting my account activated, but customer service was able to help and get it all set up. With that, there was access to about 60 or so different videos with drills, organized by level of difficulty. Confusingly, not nearly all of the videos show drills that require using this mat. I haven't gone through every video yet, but the number of available drills using the mat appears to be somewhat limited. Wouldn't mind them adding a lot more. Still, any touch you get makes you a better player, and this can certainly help you do that.

The app with all of the included drills is really the star of the show here - you'll find a code enclosed in the box for when you download it.From there - the included grip socks make this the perfect indoor training tool for most any age. If you child isn't able to get touches during the winter or an off season this is a very easy mat to deploy in the garage or the house to let them master their handling skills. The mat is thick and very well constructed (it's even on the heavy side due to how well constructed it is!)The colors are bright and designs are laid out perfectly to match the included training videos/skills drills.I'd highly recommend this for anyone looking to improve or keep fresh between seasons!

I’ve had my 7 year old use this on the days he doesn’t have soccer practice to help keep his skills up. It took him a a couple days to get it down but he’s improved and is now able to keep up with the program. The video shows my oldest, who isn’t a soccer player, give it a try but even he enjoyed it.I like that the mat nicely matches up with the videos so you know exactly where your feet, the ball, and even your hands should be at all times. It’s also great that there are recovery periods within in each set of drills so he does get a chance to catch his breath throughout the practices. It’s definitely needed as these drills get the heart beating and sweat dripping. The mat itself is also solid. It has a nice weight, and along with the rubber lining on the bottom, it stays in place when in use. It’s also soft enough to use barefoot but durable to handle some sneakers. I think the quality is perfect.Only issue I’ve had so far with this was setting up the account. I wasn’t receiving the verification email to complete the entire process. I emailed the company and they got it resolved after about 3 days. I’m glad they were responsive and did end up fixing it but it did delay us being able to use it for a few days.Overall, I think it’s a great product. I can see this improving my little one’s stamina and skill after some time. The program on the app seems to be fairly easy to follow. It has quite a few videos to follow which should keep my son engaged for a while. I’m hopeful that this will make a difference long term so for now, I’d say it’s worth the investment.

I got this mat for my five-year-old, who has fallen in love with soccer. Overall, it's a great training tool, and the app works well, but there were a couple of things to note. When I first received the mat, a paper inside the box had a QR code for the app and a unique code to access the library of exercise videos. When I entered the code, it said it had already been used. I was a bit frustrated at first, but I reached out to customer service and received a new, working code within 24 hours. Their quick response turned a frustrating experience into a positive one, and the exercises on the app are excellent. My main issue with the product is that the exercise videos aren't available on Roku or Google TV. This means to watch them on a television, you have to share your phone screen, which isn't always ideal. Despite this hiccup, the mat is a great product for young players.

This Sensemat 360 soccer training mat is super cool. I haven’t had the chance to use it yet, but it looks well designed and should come in very handy for my daughter’s soccer training this fall and again next spring. The non-slip surface and 360-degree design make it perfect for footwork drills, balance, and coordination exercises. I like that it also comes with access to professional training videos, which will give her plenty of structured drills to follow. It feels durable and well-made, so I expect it to hold up to regular use.A great training tool for players of all ages, whether they’re just starting out or building advanced skills.

The kids immediately picked it up and started playing with it! I've been looking for something that is "new" and exciting - this seems to be doing it for them for now. The only reason I am giving a 4 rather than a 5 star, is the box for the mat when it came was half ripped open and there was a cut in the back of the mat. It is usable and given when its flipped over you cannot see it and it does not affect performance, not a major issue. Also I really wish there were more variety to the videos. It seems that the video's while they build on each other are just too repetative overall, even when you get to the more advanced level.

i got the sensemat and senseball for my kid. All arrived well at home. I needed their support once and it was great and immediate.

Very good training for kids.

I picked this up to help my nephew (and honestly myself) work on foot speed and coordination, and the Sensemat 360 turned out to be a clever little training tool. It’s basically a non-slip circular mat designed for tight footwork drills—think toe taps, fast touches, and ball control in small spaces. The material feels thick and durable, and the grip on the bottom actually does keep it from sliding even on smooth floors. I’ve tried it on tile, gym flooring, and even short grass, and it stayed in place surprisingly well. The printed directional markings are a nice touch—they make it easy to structure drills and build consistent movement patterns. After about a week of using it for short, focused sessions, I can already tell it’s helping with balance and reaction speed. It also makes training more fun since you can track progress visually instead of just running generic drills. The only thing I’d say is that it’s not huge, so it’s more for quick-foot drills than full passing practice, but that’s exactly what it’s meant for. It’s lightweight, easy to clean, and rolls up to store in a gym bag. If you’re into soccer or coaching younger players, this is a really simple but effective training aid—one of those things that actually gets used instead of collecting dust in the corner.

This SenseMat 360 is designed to enhance soccer skills such as footwork and ball control through physical drills. It supports players of all levels by being portable for training anywhere. The mat includes grip socks and access to an app with guided exercises. Its 360-degree design mimics real-game situations, improving reaction time and awareness. It is a good value for those seeking to improve their soccer abilities without joint strain.
