Great items!

We received these items expeditiously. They seem to be of nice quality. We had 2 that gave out for no apparent reason. (Faulty perhaps?)

Rplacement rope and carbine

The replacement rope and carbine are a match to what came with the goal used as a tiedown. The quality is there, and it was already tied together, so it made installation very easy.

Amazing!

We’ve had our goal for about a year and my boys have loved every minute of it. They are hard on their equipment. This has held up great except for a couple of issues. I sent an email to the company and they promptly got back to me apologizing and asking for pictures of the issues. Once I sent them, they responded that they are sending me a brand new net and the bungee that broke. Amazing customer service!! Highly recommend!!

Excellent customer service experience

A couple carbine locks broke on our large soccer goal and I was pleased with the hassle-free, speedy email responses I received. Reassurance that the parts were covered by warranty and an order for replacements was placed right away. The new routes and carabiners arrived a few days later, and my boys were back to playing with their Open Goaaal. Thanks!

Quick and Easy Fix!

Two plastic pieces that help anchor my Open Goaaal broke. We've had it for a while, and lots of sun and the dry Colorado climate probably contributed to our problem. After reaching out to customer support, a representative responded to me within 24 hours and shipped out the necessary parts immediately. We had the parts within a couple of days and we were playing again in no time! With the season being on hold because of COVID-19, our Open Goaal net has kept my kids playing the game they love.

Replacement ropes.

I called to see about ordering some replacement ropes are used to stabilize for the vertical poles. They apologized that the ropes broke and sent me 6 ropes (enough to replace all of them) for free. They arrived 2 days after I called. EXCELLENT customer service.

“Thought I’d end up cussing and covered in sweat - but it was actually easy. I’m useless with stuff like this but it all made sense. Took us about an hour and a half with zero arguments. Kids were playing by 4pm."

“His coach noticed a difference in 2 weeks. "No joke - his shots are stronger and more accurate. He’s getting more touches because he’s not chasing the ball every time he misses."
